REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Rural Economic Diversification

County of Lake, State of Michigan

OVERVIEW

Lake County is soliciting “Statements of Qualification” for firm(s) to provide Rural Economic Diversification Services that will result in the following outcomes:

1.           INFRASTRUCTURE INVENTORY

2.           MUNICIPAL UTILITY ASSESSMENT

3.           RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL VACANCIES:

4.           CORE COMMUNITY ENTREPRENEURIAL HUB FEASIBILITY STUDY

5.           DEVELOPMENT OF AN ECONOMIC RECOVERY STRATEGY

Interested parties may submit qualifications for all or some of the above-listed services.

All submissions should be in accordance with the RFQ document found here and received no later than 5pm (EST) on January 26, 2024, via email to nicholsj@rightplace.org.
